The term “brag” is often used in English games to describe a hand that incorporates a bluff. A bluff is a good way to win a hand if the opponent is playing too tight. However, a bluff can also be a bad bet if the opponent is not as lucky. This is especially true when a player uses a wild card.

In Texas Holdem, the game most commonly played today, the game starts with the small blind and the big blind. The small blind is the first bet and is placed on the button’s direct left.
